Owner of Absaroka Ranch in the Dunoir Valley outside Dubois, where he and his wife, Emi, have operated a guest ranch and hunting outfitting business for more than 40 years. A former Wyoming legislator and longtime conservation/community leader, Budd has served with the Wyoming Community Foundation, Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust, Wyoming Outfitters and Guides, Jackson Hole Land Trust, and the  State of Wyoming Tourism Board, bringing deep working-lands, outfitting, tourism, and rural Wyoming perspective to WYldlife For Tomorrow.
